We started where most west London removers start — vans, ledgers and local moves across the UB postcodes. The Central Europe corridor grew out of the same customers: Hayes households with family, work or a new life waiting in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium or Switzerland, who wanted the firm that packed their last move to handle this one too.
What we actually do
Three things, and we try to do them without fuss. We move homes around Hayes and the surrounding boroughs. We run national jobs out of west London to anywhere in mainland Britain. And we operate a scheduled road corridor across the Channel to four Central European countries. The crews, the depot and the standards are shared across all three — the only real difference is how far the van drives.
Why only four countries
Plenty of firms will tell you they cover the whole of Europe. We think that is usually a way of saying they will find someone else to do it. We run Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland ourselves, often, and that repetition is the point: we know the crossings, the city-access quirks, and — most importantly since Brexit — exactly what customs each border expects. Switzerland is not in the EU, so it is a different clearance again, and we would rather run four routes properly than ten badly.
How we talk about price and time
We survey before we quote, and the written quote is the figure — not a starting point that grows on the day. We do not publish stock prices or promise a delivery day we cannot control, because a move depends on the load, the access and the crossing. What we will always give you is a straight answer: what is included, what affects the cost, and a realistic window for your move.
The people side
